Currently seeking highly motivated individuals to build our team of Commercial Energy Advisors. You will be responsible for developing a diverse portfolio of commercial customers across North America. Daily responsibilities will include developing contacts, pursuing leads, building a book of mid- to large-sized commercial and industrial clients and performing against monthly sales targets.
Ideal candidates will have extensive sales experience, including an existing background in the energy space, be comfortable procuring and pitching Pathway's value proposition to executives and other leaders of commercial and industrial businesses, and a history of demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas at the commercial level. The Commercial Energy Advisor position will be based in Los Angeles. Travel will be limited and determined by the needs of individual clients.

Internship Excelerator, Houston TX
ENTRY LEVEL INSIDE SALES PRO Intern You will work as an integral part of our business development team. Our clients will rely on you to find the best solution to help procure energy for their businesses.
The primary focus will be to generate qualified customer leads that the inside sales teams can develop into sales opportunities. This includes:
- Participates in ongoing sales, business, and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of Pathway’s products and solutions.
- Using multiple lead-generation tools you will generate potential sales leads via the phone. Meeting a quota for daily, weekly, and monthly appt. goals by making a minimum of 25 outbound calls per day.
- Understanding Pathway’s wide ranging product solutions.
Regional Sales Captain
SALES STRATEGY AND ORGANIZATION DESIGN - The Regional Sales Manager will develop a successful sales strategy that aligns with the company vision. This includes the design and build-out of a world-class sales organization. This also includes developing key customer relationships, identifying customer trends, and contributing to the service roadmap through achieving personal sales goals.
SALES PLANNING AND MEETING SALES GOALS - The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for understanding and exceeding overall sales numbers and goals – both monthly and annually. This includes recruiting and training talented salespeople, creating and evolving a sales plan, tracking meaningful sales metrics, defining processes, deploying incentives, and providing sales tools to make the team successful.
